It’s going to be a wet couple of days. Erie is in a trough and under the influence of a low pressure, bringing instability. There is a lot of lift and moisture in the atmosphere, providing the perfect recipe for rain. Rain will start Wednesday evening and stick around until Friday, clearing out for the afternoon so we should be dry for trick-or-treating. Expect wind both days.
